Styling the Dream Property

In this project, we teamed up with James Henley from Richardson and Wrench for a charming new duplex build in Coolum Beach, crafted by NAS Projects. Our property stylist, Nick Counsell, skilfully infused his expertise into preparing this Sunshine Coast property for sale. Distinguished by its contemporary exterior and distinctive interior design elements, this residence stands out in the local landscape, providing our team with great satisfaction in styling it.

Selecting Designer Furniture

Given that this property is freshly constructed with intricate interior architecture details, it was crucial for the styling to enhance the home without overpowering it. The chosen furniture pieces encompass rattan, velvet, and black oak to introduce a diverse array of textures and finishes in this contemporary dwelling. Accessories were thoughtfully curated in a warm palette to harmonise with the home’s finishes and the designer furniture chosen.

Staging Key Rooms

We consider the pivotal spaces in this residence to be the open-plan living and dining areas. Given the architectural feature of the dining table integrated into the kitchen island, it was crucial to furnish it appropriately without causing overcrowding. The living room was adorned with minimal and compact furniture to ensure it didn’t encroach upon the dining area or distract from its stunning structural elements. Upstairs, Nick Counsell excelled in furnishing the second living space, utilising our designer furniture to demonstrate the room’s potential use and scale, allowing prospective clients to envision it as their own.
