Property Styling at Sunshine Beach

Styling the dream property:

Introducing brand-new Beachside Apartments at Kings Beach, this property offers a coastal vibe with a contemporary twist. Our lead interior designer, Jessica Brown, expertly brought this space to life, preparing it for the market. Unlike the other Moreton Parade unit styled on the same day, this apartment features a more contemporary design. It was styled to attract a different kind of buyer—someone who appreciates trendy pieces but still wants to feel connected to the beach, rather than an inner-city environment.

Selecting designer furniture:

Designer furniture in this project is highlighted by the GlobeWest sofa and console unit, both of which exude luxury and quality through their distinctive design and premium materials. A designer rug from Baya was also featured in the main living area, adding a pop of contemporary colour and helping to shape the room’s character with its blend of white boucle and oak. The property was styled with a minimalist approach, which is why many designer pieces were chosen to elevate the spaces.

Staging key rooms:

The standout room in this property is undoubtedly the main living and dining area. As you enter, the bedrooms are off to the right, while the living and dining space opens up on the left. Since this apartment doesn’t have a direct beach view, it was crucial for the furniture and styling to become the focal point, showcasing the full potential of the space. This setup demonstrates how you can create a visually stunning property even without a breathtaking view. With thoughtful furniture choices and styling, there’s always an opportunity to craft a beautiful space, regardless of the property’s surroundings.
