Viola Square Peregian Springs

Styling the dream property:

This property has been styled to create a practical coastal oasis just 10 minutes from the beach. Our property stylist, Logan Jones, selected coastal furniture and accessories in a neutral colour palette to complement the home’s materials. Logan styled the space to portray a lifestyle that future buyers can envision, with thoughtful touches like open coffee table books, coffee mugs on side tables, and chopping boards against the kitchen splashback. The result is a practical, affordable, and aesthetically pleasing design that resonates with buyers, making them feel at home and personally connected to the space.

Selecting designer furniture:

Given the home’s calibre and target audience, it was essential to avoid overwhelming the space with an abundance of luxury designer furniture. Instead, luxury was conveyed through the choice of materials and how they enhanced the overall design. Logan selected a white linen sofa and a jute rug to embody the coastal aesthetic. The dining area features a standout piece from GlobeWest—the Granada Scoop Closed Weave chair—which adds texture and visual interest, perfectly complementing the glass dining table.

Staging key rooms:

For this property, the open-plan living area was the most critical space to furnish, as the home features a long, narrow hallway leading directly to this main area. With no other rooms visible until reaching the open-plan living space, it was essential to style this central hub thoughtfully, especially with the nearby patio. Since this is where buyers will likely spend most of their time, it was important to create a cozy, liveable, and visually appealing environment that feels both inviting and achievable.
