Styling the dream property

Our property stylist Kerri Hobbs has teamed up with Sotheby’s Real Estate to prepare Tallowood Court for the market. This stunning property is a new build by Immaculate Designer Homes, boasting breathtaking views of Coral Sea/Emu Mountain. With its beautiful architectural features in mind, we aimed to complement them throughout our styling, showcasing the lifestyle of each room in the home. Given the modern and intricate nature of the house, we carefully selected furniture and accessories to match without overwhelming the space or detracting from its beautiful features.

Selecting designer furniture

Given the luxurious nature of this property, it was imperative that our interior design choices reflected its sophistication. We opted for the exquisite GlobeWest Ida dining chairs and Benjamin Ripple Oval dining table, renowned for their contemporary fluted design and sleek simplicity, aligning perfectly with the room’s tonal ambiance. In the living room, we chose the Kolbi Coral Night sofa and armchair to enhance the room’s white and airy essence while providing a plush and luxurious feel. These designer furniture pieces serve as striking statements within the space, requiring minimal accessorising.

Staging key rooms

While every room holds significance in property styling, the open plan living area stands out in this property, particularly with its outdoor setting offering picturesque views. It was crucial for our interior selections to seamlessly transition onto the balcony, ensuring both the functionality and style of the space. Given the presence of statement furniture as mentioned above, it was vital to harmonise them within the environment and accentuate the home’s distinctive features.
